The truth is, most people assume they are good at interviewing, but most hiring managers disagree.
Where most people find difficulty is with Behaviour Based or Situational based interview questions.

Some of the frequently asked questions in the first interview are:

Tell me about yourself.
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
Why do you want to work here?
Give me an example of...?

Many people get a telephone interview but have a meltdown during the call. This does not need to happen.
